This is just something fun and interesting to think about.
Amazing what the sun can be capable of if we harness the power that is around us almost everyday.

Solar Tiles On Our Roofs
Even without the sun out all the time, you can still get enough energy and possibly save a little money on the side. I hate to see it really... There is so much energy that seems to be wasted every day.

Todays Solar
Various electronic equipment that is powered by the sun. Also some water powered items as well.
The thing that I liked the most is being able to turn on or off your lights or turn your air conditioner or furnace up and down all by using your cell phone! Simply amazing to me...

Solar and Attic Vents With Fans
This solar vent is something I have never thought of. Another great place to put solar panels to generate more energy and save you money in the process.
If you can't afford expensive solar panels to cover your whole roof, this may be at least a start.
I was thinking window shutters, window sills or even down spouts would be other things that are soaking in the sun long enough. Through out the day these things that usually just hang on the house, could be doing possibly more by generating energy as well.
We are not too far from this reality.
This is a attic vent with a fan. There is no doubt that the fan can be very helpful. Similar to the Solar vent except it is perfect for removing heat and storing it all at the same time.
